Interpreter and Translator Booking Forms

Modern Slavery Statement

Linguists Collective Ltd for Interpreting and Translation Linguists Collective Agency

At LC, we are committed to providing outstanding service to our clients and prioritising fair compensation, ethical practices, and the well-being of our linguist professionals. LC is strongly opposed to all forms of slavery, including human trafficking, drug trafficking, sex trafficking, and unpaid labour. We are committed to fighting modern-day slavery.

If a linguist is required to be logged into a client’s system or to be present at a venue, LC expects the linguist to be paid for the full duration of their login or presence (including any travel time to and from the venue from the linguist’s home base). Failure to provide full payment for this time may be considered by LC as a form of modern-day slavery. LC advises linguists to decline work that pays less than the relevant national minimum wage per hour. The minimum guaranteed hours (GH) or guaranteed minimum duration/word counts must be respected by all parties.
